Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload materials in both warehouse and yard environments.
  
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure operational safety and report maintenance needs promptly.
  
• Organize, stage, and secure outdoor yard inventory, ensuring materials are easily accessible and stored properly.
  
• Inspect incoming freight for damage, verify counts against bill of ladings, and log receiving data accurately.
  
• Assist team members with manual material handling, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and heavy lifting as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free yard and warehouse space in compliance with company safety standards.
  
• Coordinate with truck drivers and warehouse leads to streamline daily shipping and receiving schedules.

Qualifications & Special Requirements:

• Immediate Availability: Ability to complete the onboarding process quickly and start work right away across various DFW locations.
  
• 1+ years of experience operating industrial forklifts or working in material handling/yard associate roles.
  
• Willingness to work in outdoor yard environments through varying weather conditions.
  
• Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations, proper PPE usage, and equipment guidelines.
  
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move continuously throughout a shift.
  
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client facilities within the DFW area.
