Job Description
Forklift Operator - For immediate hire- Position will focus on safe and efficient movement of cotton bales, loading and unloading of trucks, and upkeep of the gin yard. Must be proficient in forklift operation . Experience operating forklift bale clamps is preferred, but not required. Job is seasonal, but has potential to be full time depending on work ethic etc.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various vehicles for storage and removal of materials
- Prepare products and materials for shipment
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials
- Maintain gin grounds and warehouses
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with forklift and other industrial vehicles
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
