The Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by safely handling palletized goods, raw materials, and finished products. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role operates multiple forklift types across receiving and put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping and loading activities.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple forklift types to move and position materials safely.
- Handle palletized goods, raw materials, and finished products.
- Transport loads throughout the warehouse and designated work areas.
- Complete receiving and put-away activities.
- Support order fulfillment operations.
- Assist with shipping and loading processes.
- Move inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before operation and report issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift operation skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections.
