NOW HIRING: Lumber Yard Operator
$20.00+/hour (DOE)

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring dependable Lumber Yard Operators for a busy lumber yard. We're looking for safety-focused candidates with forklift experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Pull, stage, and load customer and delivery orders
Unload incoming shipments and verify manifests
Band, store, and move lumber products
Perform daily forklift inspections
Assist with inventory counts and yard organization
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
1–4 years of forklift or heavy equipment experience
Lumber or building materials experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors throughout the day
Ability to bend, kneel, and move materials as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• 18+ years old
• Previous forklift experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
