Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Colorado Springs
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers, and be committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $24/hr
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO
- Schedule: 4X10 hour shifts 10:00pm-8:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Accurately complete inventory checks and required documentation.
- Maintain organized storage locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
- Ability to pass forklift certification and safety training.
- Experience with reach trucks and/or order pickers preferred.
- Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
