Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-2:30pm | Monday-Thursday 2nd Shift | 2:00pm-10:30pm | Monday - Thursday 3rd Shift | 10:00pm-6:30am | Monday- Thursday

- Perform general plant and field operations
- Support seed field activities, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting
- Carry out harvest processes (sorting, drying, shelling, preparation)
- Assist with conditioning tasks (sizing, bagging, palletizing, gravity operations)
- Follow quality and safety standards (ISO work instructions and quality plans)
- Perform warehouse operations, including forklift use and sample collection
- Complete general maintenance and repair tasks
- Help coordinate field operations and support workflow/scheduling activities
- Work overtime or weekends during peak seasons
What You Need to Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree (agriculture-focused) preferred
- 1+ years of related or on-the-job experience
- Valid driver's license required (CDL may be needed later)
- Knowledge of agriculture and plant operations preferred
- Familiarity with field equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Ability to stand, sit, climb, and work at heights for extended periods
- Flexibility to work across fields, plant, and warehouse environments #WEjobhunt
