We provide a safe work environment where everyone is welcome.We are seeking forklift operators to join our team!Payrate: $15/hrShift work schedule: 7am - 3:30pm | Monday-FridayBenefits offered included: Paid holidays, paid time off and more!Job summary: Drives gasoline, liquefied gas or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices including but not limited to forks, clamps or slipsheet attachment to lift truck, or move products or materials by performing the following duties.Essential job duties and responsibilities:Perform basic daily preventive maintenance checks and complete required documentationExchange or charge batteries for electric lifts and refill and/or replace fuel tanks as requiredEnsure trailers are secured to the facility prior to loading or unloadingInspect inbound and outbound trailers for acceptable condition and compliance with customer and food safety and quality requirementsLoad & unload palletized or floor loaded product from trailers, railcars or truckHand stack cases/bags etc. as requiredTransport product to or from dock areas, storage areas, staging areas and packaging linesUpdate warehouse management system using radio frequency scanning equipmentManually record activities as necessaryRemove damage from unit loads as necessary to prevent shipping damage or contaminating other productPerform physical inventories or cycle counts as directed by systems or supervisorsApply labels, placards or stretch wrap to until loads as necessaryInsert dunnage or airbags into trucks to secure shipping loads as necessaryEducation & experience requirements: High school diploma or GED or pass basic skills testing; and one to three years related experience.WeSource helps great people find temporary solutions before the next phase of life, or a path to fulltime employment with us.
