What You Will Do
As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

Requirements
- Two to three years of recent forklift experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Ability to work in hot summer and cold winter conditions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work overtime on some Fridays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Operate forklifts safely
- Load and unload trucks
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Use hand drills and nail guns
- Complete general manual-labor assignments
- Adjust to changing warehouse needs
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
