Our client, a manufacturing and distribution organization in Omaha NE, is seeking a Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Shipping & Receiving department supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work well as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Loader / Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Omaha NE Pay Range: 19.59 per hour
What's the Job?
- Safely load finished units from conveyor lines into trailers or designated storage areas
- Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and receiving paperwork
- Verify load tags, unit counts, and inspect products for damage during loading
- Accurately complete tally sheets, bills of lading, and maintain organized paperwork
- Maintain clean, organized work areas, trailers, and storage locations
What's Needed?
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and quality of work
- Must have forklift experience - Certified ability to safely operate a forklift
- Ability to read measuring devices and perform accurate counts
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete required documentation
- Ability to follow instructions, learn new processes, and work effectively on a team
