You’ll Be:Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments at the shipping counterOperating forklifts and other equipment to move materials efficientlyEntering shipment data, inventory updates, and related information into Microsoft Office and warehouse management softwareCommunicating via email and phone with internal staff and vendors to maintain accurate inventory recordsMaintaining organized documentation and digital files for all shipping activitiesKeeping work areas tidy and compliant with rigorous safety proceduresBalancing multiple administrative, technical, and warehouse support duties in a fast-paced environmentSupporting general warehouse and distribution functions as neededThis Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:Have a high school diploma or GED (required)Bring previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving roleHold a current forklift certification and possess strong hands-on operation skillsAre proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using email and office equipment
