Job Description A growing production operation in Mebane, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support its third-shift team. In this role, you will operate a forklift, move materials, and palletize products in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can manage multiple tasks, and is comfortable working extended shifts and overtime based on production needs. Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to transport materials throughout the facility
• Palletize, organize, and prepare products for movement or shipment & inbound receipt
• Load, unload, and stage materials in designated areas
• Verify materials and products for accuracy and proper placement
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior forklift operating experience
• Ability to work 7pm to 7am on a 4x4 schedule
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions
