Candidates must have prior experience safely operating a stand-up reach forklift and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Position: Forklift OperatorSchedule: 8:30pm-5:30am Sunday-ThursdayPay Rate: $18.50Qualifications:MUST have experience with Order Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and Stand-Up Forklift equipmentMust be able to lift 50+ lbs manually throughout a 10-hour shiftMust wear steel-toe shoesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong time management, communication, and organizational skillsAble to work independently and safelyMust act ethically and comply with company policiesPhysical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawlingMay be exposed to varying weather and moderate noise levelsResponsibilities:Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safelyPick, stage, load, and unload products (up to 50 lbs)Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracyOrganize and maintain warehouse inventoryReport damages, shortages, returns, and outdated stockPerform inventory counts and basic facility maintenanceAssist with paperwork and end-of-day warehouse closing
