We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse or facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, products, pallets, and shipments from trucks and storage areas.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or facility.
- Stack and organize products and materials safely and accurately.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment before each shift and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts
- Very labor-intensive position
- Must be able to lift to 60 pounds
- Closed-toe shoes are required (no flats)
