Order Picker Forklift Operator
Location: Houston, TX 77095 Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour 1st & 2nd Shift Available Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in the 77095 area. In this role, you will safely operate warehouse equipment, accurately pick customer orders, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders based on customer specifications.
- Load and unload shipments while following OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including product verification.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Organize inventory and support warehouse distribution operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks required.
- Warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
