Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, kitting, or material handling experience preferred
  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
Job Duties
  • Pick and kit components according to customer orders
  • Operate a forklift to move pallets, crates, and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Work with turbine parts used in wind energy equipment
  • Read, create, and update orders within the computer system
  • Enter inventory and order information accurately into the WMS system
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area
  • Follow company quality and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 35 pounds when required.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
