What You Will Do
As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

- 2nd shift | 3:30 PM - 12 AM

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and finished products
- Supply raw materials and components to production lines
- Move completed products to designated storage or staging areas
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, plant procedures, and forklift operating guidelines
- Work closely with production teams to support workflow and productivity
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
