Job Duties
- Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently
- Pull, move, and stage inventory for outbound shipments
- Transport products to shipping and receiving dock areas
- Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy
- Shrink wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
- Follow shipping schedules and warehouse productivity standards
- Previous stand-up reach truck experience required
- Valid Driver's License required for insurance purposes
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work safely in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach through a 12-hour shift
- Frequently enter and exit warehouse equipment
- Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive physical movements throughout the shift
- Work safely while meeting productivity expectations
- Fast-paced warehouse environment
- Frequent forklift and warehouse traffic
- Moderate to loud noise levels
- Indoor distribution facility
- Safety vest and other PPE may be required
- Continuous movement and shipping activity throughout shift
