Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for an immediate opening in the Morgantown, Hazelton, and Bruceton Mills, WV area . Candidates will operate both sit-down forklifts and rough terrain forklifts while supporting daily warehouse, construction, logistics, and material handling operations. Qualified individuals will receive hands-on training and on-site forklift certification opportunities.
Forklift Operator Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 10-Hour Shifts
• Alternating Saturdays
• Overtime Opportunities Available

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and rough terrain forklifts.
• Load, unload, transport, and move materials throughout the job site.
• Stack, organize, and store products and materials in designated locations.
• Assist with warehouse operations, yard work, and general labor tasks.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and equipment safety checks.
• Report maintenance concerns and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures.

Forklift Operator Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience required.
• Two or more years of forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, warehouse forklifts, or rough terrain forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and extended shifts when necessary.
• Strong attention to workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying work environments.
• Willingness to learn and complete company-provided training.
