Forklift Operator Bilingual
Qualifications:
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Basic warehouse inventory handling experience
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking and order Entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly detail-oriented required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and GMPs
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (refrigerated areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks
- Prepare, pull, and stage orders accurately for shipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy (quantity, condition, documentation)
- Ensure all orders are picked, prepare, and labeled correctly with strong attention to detail
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization
- Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
