  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and stable work habits to support consistent shift coverage and performance expectations.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience operating stand up forklifts, including Crown stand up and high‑reach equipment, in a warehouse environment.

  • Ability to safely operate reach trucks and electric pallet jacks (EPJ) for material handling and pallet movement.

  • Hands‑on experience loading and unloading trucks and working with inbound and outbound shipments in shipping and receiving.

  • Strong RF scanner skills and basic computer proficiency to support inventory tracking and order selection.

  • Ability to perform dedicated case picking, pallet picking, and order selecting with a high level of accuracy.

  • Basic math skills to verify quantities, perform counts, and support accurate inventory and shipping documentation.

  • Capacity to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis as part of warehouse and material handling duties.

  • High attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes, particularly when working with FDA‑regulated products.

  • Commitment to following GMPs and SOPs to maintain product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Stable and reliable work history demonstrating consistent performance and dependable attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a regulated environment.

  • Experience working in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.

  • SAP or other inventory system experience to support product tracking and warehouse management.

  • Comfort working in a semi‑climate‑controlled environment where product temperature must be maintained.

  • Strong focus on quality, with the ability to prioritize accuracy over speed when handling and picking products.
