This role involves operating sit-down forklifts to receive, stock, and move products. You will handle materials safely and efficiently, ensure accurate labeling and placement of inventory, and support warehouse operations by using material handling equipment and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to receive and stock products as they arrive at the facility.
• Stock interior, exterior, and millwork shops with the correct product in a timely manner.
• Unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Verify incoming products against packing lists and ensure all items are accurately checked off.
• Label products correctly and clearly to maintain accurate inventory identification.
• Deliver products to the correct locations within the warehouse and shop areas.
• Check in products using a handheld scanner to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with ordering products as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Bale cardboard and manage recyclable materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Perform cycle counts to support accurate inventory control and stock management.
• Inspect and tag special orders to ensure they are clearly identified and properly handled.
• Assist other departments when needed to support overall facility operations.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including general grounds cleanup.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Belgrade, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
