Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Operator certification if not currently licensed.
  • Basic computer skills required for inventory tracking, label printing, and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to read and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and shipping documentation.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, picker equipment, or other powered industrial vehicles preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode scanners, cycle counts, and inventory control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while meeting productivity goals.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, move, stack, and transport materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling activities.
  • Ability to work in a shipping, receiving, distribution, or warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to pass required background screening and drug testing.
Job Duties
  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and transport products and materials.
  • Receive, store, and stage inventory to support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and print product labels.
  • Complete inventory transactions, cycle counts, and required warehouse documentation.
  • Ensure proper product rotation and inventory accuracy.
  • Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment concerns promptly.
  • Maintain warehouse readiness for customer, FDA, and quality inspections.
  • Communicate safety incidents, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to supervisors.
  • Support general warehouse housekeeping and perform additional duties as assigned.
