Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills required for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to understand safety procedures, shipping documents, and warehouse processes.
Experience Requirements
  • Warehouse picker/packer and PIV experience.
  • Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Experience with RF scanners, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling inventory, shipping documents, and quality checks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and materials throughout the shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and performing repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, stack, and transport materials in a warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment and varying warehouse conditions.
Job Duties
  • Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely move products and materials.
  • Load and unload trailers, rail cars, and shipments while ensuring products are properly secured and transported.
  • Build pallets, stack materials, shrink wrap products, and prepare orders for storage or shipment.
  • Utilize RF scanning equipment to track inventory, document product movement, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform inventory control activities, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and verification of shipping and receiving paperwork.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks, report damaged products or shortages, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety guidelines.
