Industrial Forklift OperatorThis position involves driving a sit-down industrial forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials on the production floor, warehouse, and trailer with and without pallets.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTransport unfinished and finished jobs or goods into the correct areasMove goods for jobs in process to appropriate areas as neededInspect incoming productLoad and unload trailersNotify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issuesMay confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production linesMaintain a clean and safe work area by moving empty pallets to a designated areaMaintain a safe work environmentPerform other duties as assignedWilling to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Shipping/Receiving Supervisor and/or Production SupervisorJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:10 - 12 hour shiftMonday to SaturdayExperience:Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)Warehouse management: 1 year (Preferred)Propane-powered Sit-down Forklift: 1 year (Required)
