Forklift Operator

Perform general plant and field operations
Support seed field activities, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting
Carry out harvest processes (sorting, drying, shelling, preparation)
Assist with conditioning tasks (sizing, bagging, palletizing, gravity operations)
Follow quality and safety standards (ISO work instructions and quality plans)
Perform warehouse operations, including forklift use and sample collection
Complete general maintenance and repair tasks
Help coordinate field operations and support workflow/scheduling activities
Work overtime or weekends during peak seasons
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree (agriculture-focused) preferred
1+ years of related or on-the-job experience
Valid driver’s license required (CDL may be needed later)
Knowledge of agriculture and plant operations preferred
Familiarity with field equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
Ability to stand, sit, climb, and work at heights for extended periods
Flexibility to work across fields, plant, and warehouse environments
