You'll be operating a sit-down forklift to assist with the movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move inventoryAccurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipmentMaintain clean and organized workspacesPerform inventory counts and verify shipping documentsEnsure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresLift, move, and stack materials weighing 40-70 lbs regularlyWork as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environmentQualifications1+ year of forklift operation experience (sit-down preferred)Ability to lift 40-70 lbs consistently throughout the shiftComfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable attendance and punctualityMust be able to work Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with overtime as neededPreferred QualificationsOSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Previous warehouse or distribution center experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive starting pay: $21.00/hour, increasing to $24.00/hour after probationary period.Consistent overtime opportunitiesWeekly pay
