Forklift Operator
Qualifications and skills:
- 2–4 years of forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to safely operate forklifts following company policies and OSHA safety rules
- Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions regarding material movement
- Organized and efficient to help keep material flow running smoothly
- Good communication skills and works well with a team
Job duties:
- Move pallets, materials, and parts to and from assigned areas using a forklift
- Load and unload trucks, making sure items are placed and secured properly
- Organize and stack materials in storage areas based on production needs
- Work with team members to support material handling and meet production goals
- Keep the workspace clean and follow all safety rules
- Help with other manufacturing or warehouse tasks as needed
