Forklift Driver
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse and production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location: Greenville, NC
Pay Range: $14.00
Shift: 12-hour rotating shift
What's the Job?
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stage, and transport finished goods throughout the facility.
- Handle finished goods carefully to prevent product damage and maintain product quality.
- Load pallets of finished goods onto shuttle trailers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory transactions as needed using an RF scanner and other plant systems.
- Verify product movement, pallet counts, and storage locations to support inventory accuracy.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification, if required by the plant.
- Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and GMP requirements.
