About the Opportunity
Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a stand-up high reach forklift and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate high reach and other warehouse forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
Pull, stage, and load orders for shipment according to work orders and schedules.
Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily.
Maintain accurate inventory and product placement within racks.
Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
1+ year of high reach forklift experience required.
Must be comfortable operating at heights and in narrow aisles.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and RF scanners preferred.
Reliable and safety-conscious work ethic.
