Forklift Driver- 1st Shift
Shift: Monday-Friday ; 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $17.00/hour
Summary of Position:
We are hiring a Forklift Operator. Role supports daily warehouse operations, preparing furnace and airconditioning parts for shipment and assisting with material handling. The Forklift Operator will work within the LTL department, which is led by a Spanishspeaking team. Candidates must be comfortable working in that environment. Forklift certification can be provided.
Job Duties:

Pack miscellaneous HVAC parts into boxes for shipment

Follow pick lists, weight sheets, and packing instructions

Load and unload trucks using a forklift

Pull parts to be palletized

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work with warehouse team members and leads as needed

Requirements:

Ability to stand for most of the shift

Basic reading and understanding of packing and pick instructions

Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Comfortable working in a primarily Spanishspeaking department (forklift role)

Forklift experience preferred; certification can be provided

Ability to work independently and follow directions

Physical Requirements:

Standing for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements

Ability to lift 25-50 lbs as needed

Frequent climbing on and off a forklift

Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
