Details for Warehouse Shipping Associate Position:

• $18.50 / Hour
• Monday - Friday | 7am - 3:30pm
• Occasional Overtime
• Full-Time | Short-Term Temporary
• Occasional Overtime
• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Warehouse Shipping Associate Position:

• Understand warehouse shipper requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications
• Follow all safety, food safety, and plant rules to prevent injury, damage, and loss
• Respond to emergencies and potential safety risks
• Maintain security by controlling key cards, preventing unauthorized access, and protecting company information and equipment
• Ensure food safety compliance and prevent shipment of nonconforming products
• Identify, document, and address product, process, and quality issues
• Initiate corrective actions and recommend improvements through proper channels
• Support continuous improvement of products, processes, and systems
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
• Maintain housekeeping standards and 5S practices
• Safely transport, store, and retrieve products and raw materials
• Load outbound shipments using warehouse management systems such as DC Link
• Unload inbound shipments and deliver materials to designated areas
• Operate bulk unloading systems including truck, railcar, and silo storage
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of debris and hazards
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Warehouse Shipping Associate Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous experience or proven ability in related work areas
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, sit, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
