Essential Functions
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Stock shelves with inventory and ensure proper product placement
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Pack and ship orders using small package and LTL carriers
- Receive and check in inbound shipments accurately
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control processes
- Maintain yard and warehouse work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Process orders using shipping or inventory management software
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area
- Assist with unloading inbound deliveries as needed
- Serve as a backup delivery driver when required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred (for backup delivery support)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Warehouse and yard environment with varying temperatures
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Exposure to warehouse equipment and moving materials
- Moderate to physical activity required daily
