Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator.
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Job Details
Pay Rate : $21.00/hr
Location : Hamilton, OH
Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 AM-8:30 AM
Stand-Up Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications

  • Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
  • Experience operating reach trucks and/or order pickers preferred.
  • RF scanner experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials.
  • Ability to accurately pick and pull customer orders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
About the Stand-Up Forklift Operator Role
As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Operate a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Operate reach trucks and order pickers as needed.
  • Load and unload products and materials.
  • Move, stack, and stage products throughout the facility.
  • Pick and pull orders accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment as assigned.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient product movement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
