Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shifts Available: 2nd
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, operating material handling equipment safely, and supporting overall warehouse operations while adhering to company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate Clamp forklift to move, store, and transport materials safely and accurately.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers while ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and routine maintenance checks; report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, and organize products for shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and inventory needs.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift as needed.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and dust.
• Frequent operation of material handling equipment.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
