Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Forklift Operator.
Forklift Operator Job Details
Schedule : 5-6 days per week. Orientation held Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 AM (1st Shift) or 2:00 PM (2nd Shift).
Pay Rate : $15.00/hr
Location : Ft. Mitchell, KY
Forklift Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of consistent forklift experience required.
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Experience using hand trucks and power trucks.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated production environment (34-37°F).
- Ability to lift, move, and safely handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
As a Forklift Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, power trucks, and hand trucks.
- Verify outgoing shipments by checking counts, weights, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Prepare pallets and skids for shipment while maintaining product quality.
- Transport materials between production and shipping areas.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following GMP and food safety standards.
