Forge Line TechnicianJoin our forge line team as a Forge Line Technician, where you'll work as part of a dynamic 3 to 4-person team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to learn and grow within the forging process.
Responsibilities:Operate the forge press as part of a collaborative teamSet up and operate the forge press and trim pressUse work instructions and set-up sheets to guide operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaVisually inspect parts produced for quality assuranceUtilize hand tools and digital calipers for measurementsProcess necessary documentation related to productionOperate a lift truck as neededAssist in setting up support equipment and processesUse blacksmithing tongs as requiredPerform other duties as assigned, including potentially setting up conduction heaters to make billets malleable for pressing and lubricating machines between pressesJob Requirements:No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcomeWillingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail for quality inspectionsWillingness to work overtime as neededThis position is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing with a focus on forging processes.
