Position Profile

Weaver seeks a Director to join our growing Forensic and Litigation Services practice. The Director will lead litigation support engagements and provide expert testimony, with an emphasis on marital dissolution. Responsibilities include overseeing the development of business valuation models, separate property tracing, and other forensic accounting engagements, drafting expert reports, managing junior staff, and driving business development and marketing plans. The role requires travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA, CFE, ASA, CVA or similar license or credential
• 10+ years of public accounting, dispute consulting and/or forensic accounting experience
• Experience in forensic accounting, dispute resolution and litigation support services
• Proven ability to establish relationships, acquire new business, and prepare engagement proposals and client deliverables
• Experience supervising teams of all sizes
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testifying or willingness to testify as an expert witness in financial, valuation and accounting related matters
• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
