Roofing and Waterproofing Foreman Washington, DC
We are currently looking for a Foreman in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on roofing and waterproofing projects. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Job Requirements:
- Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations
- Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas
- Manages field personnel
- Manages company equipment
- Walks job sites
- Reports back on the daily progress of the project
- 5 years of experience as Foreman in the commercial roofing or waterproofing industry
- Organized and detailed
