Electrical Foremen - Data Center Construction - $166/Day Per Diem - Up to $70/hr - Houston, TX

Aerotek is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Houston, Texas. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering top-tier pay, consistent overtime, daily per diem, and a long-term path to equity ownership. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in industrial or data center construction, and the ability to manage crews on a high-profile technology infrastructure build.

What You’ll Need

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience required
• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience
• Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems
• Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate daily field activities
• Compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures
• Willingness to work 70+ hours per week, day or night shifts

What Will Make You Stand Out

• State Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)
• Medium-voltage experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
