- Journeymanin good standing with local union
- Minimum5 years working with commercial contractor
- Minimum2 years working with commercial concrete contractor or General Contractorwho self-performs concrete forming.
- Familiarwith post tension cables and conventionally reinforced elevated decks
- Familiarwith several concrete forming systems employed in the Seattle area. Suchsystems known as Aluma, Patent, EFCO and PERI.
- ValidWashington Drivers License, in good standing.
- Abilityto read and interpret drawings
- Abilityto determine manpower and materials required
- Abilityto perform basic formwork design for various field conditions.
- Abilityto function as a team member
- Abilityto assign and monitor work in progress
