Foreign Military Sales Program AnalystBlueWater Federal is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support the Naval Expeditionary Program Office which falls under Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC).ResponsibilitiesExecute/support FMS case lifecycle (initiation to closure) and policy actionsAssist on international agreements (MOAs/MOUs/DEAs), IPT/WG participation, program reviews, risk tracking, acquisition docs, and presentations; non-voting support to contract admin actions (no OCI).QualificationsBachelor's (Master's preferred in Intl Relations/Business/Global Studies/Intl Law).5+ years of FMS experience-developing/fielding/sustaining systems, ISR ops, or Performance-Based Acquisition/FMS.Must have an active Secret clearanceBlueWater Federal is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
