Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.ResponsibilitiesSupports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programsWith other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidanceQualifications10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional descriptionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informalAbility to perform all functional duties independently, self-starterWorking knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)Desired Experience:5 years of experience supporting NAVAIREducation:Degree: MA/MS degreeAllowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.Clearance:Condition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
