Managing the foreclosure process for an assigned portfolio of mortgage loans, the full-time remote Foreclosure Specialist will ensure timely completion of foreclosures in accordance with investor guidelines while providing necessary administrative support. Key responsibilities: Monitor the progress of foreclosure actions and manage issues to ensure timely completion Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve contested actions and minimize delays Provide status updates to investors and generate necessary reports related to the foreclosure process Required qualifications: A combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in a Default Servicing-related field Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software Experience in Collections, REO, or Loss Mitigation Ability to read and comprehend legal documents Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
