Foreclosure Performance Specialist

Ensuring alignment on deadlines and performance expectations, the full-time remote Foreclosure Performance Specialist will serve as the primary liaison for attorney firms, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate with internal departments to support the foreclosure process. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for attorney firms regarding foreclosure processes and procedural changes Conduct performance calls with attorney firms to review results, discuss issues, and reinforce expectations Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of foreclosure tasks Required qualifications High school education or equivalent required 2-5 years' experience in foreclosure preferred 2 years' experience in compliance, with a focus on foreclosure compliance preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of BKFS
