Foreclosure Department Manager

Managing the day-to-day operations of the foreclosure department, the full-time remote Foreclosure Department Manager will oversee staff performance, conduct training for new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Coaching and motivating the foreclosure team to achieve departmental goals Conducting performance reviews and organizing workloads for foreclosure personnel Monitoring the quality of work and service provided by foreclosure attorneys Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university 6-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in managing and training employees Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Fiserv, Tempo, and Business Objects Knowledge of foreclosure processes and compliance regulations
