Foreclosure Attorney

Foreclosure Litigation CounselA well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Counsel to handle a high-volume docket of residential foreclosure matters across Florida. This is a hands-on litigation role for an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom, strong at motion practice, and able to take a file from filing through final judgment without close supervision. You will represent lenders, mortgage servicers, banks, and other financial institutions on the plaintiff side.Work Arrangement: Hybrid or fully remote.

You must be able to attend court appearances around Florida as needed.Compensation: Base + Bonus up to $230KWhat You'll DoManage contested and uncontested residential foreclosure cases from start to judgmentDraft, file, and argue procedural and dispositive motions, including summary judgmentAppear at case management conferences, hearings, and other proceedingsHandle discovery, settlement negotiations, and contested mattersRun a large caseload independently while keeping deadlines, accuracy, and compliance on trackStay current on Florida foreclosure law, court rules, and client-specific requirementsCommunicate professionally and consistently with institutional clientsUse sound judgment to balance efficiency with qualityStay poised and professional in court and under pressureWhat You BringJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Florida Bar membership in good standing5+ years of Florida foreclosure litigation experienceTrack record with contested foreclosures and motion practicePlaintiff-side experience for lenders, banks, servicers, or other financial institutionsDeep knowledge of Florida foreclosure law and court procedureExperience carrying a high-volume caseloadStrong research, writing, advocacy, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and juggle competing deadlinesWillingness to travel to courts throughout Florida as needed
