- Perform on-site maintenance and repairs, including:

- Coordinate with customers and independent automotive retailers to schedule recall services .
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Ford brand professionally.
- Automotive repair experience (basic maintenance required; Ford training provided).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
