We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our food service team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the production process from preparing the dough to frying a consistent, quality product.
Position: Churro Trailer Cook
Type: Part-time / Full-time
Experience Not mandatory
Your Responsibilities:
Mix dough and prepare ingredients prior to each service
Operate the churro extruder (manual or automatic) to shape and portion each batch
Manage the deep fryer, maintaining proper oil temperature for consistent results
Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your shift

Attentive to detail and product quality
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Prior food handling or kitchen experience is a plus
