Food Service Director

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Food ServiceDirector for direct hire in Valentine, NE!

Schedule is Monday through Friday $23.50/hour. This is a seasonal position that is off over the summer months.Benefits package available!

Requirements and Qualifications

• Meet USDA professional standards according to school enrollment
• Experience in HACCP, OSHA, and safety programs.

Certifications and Licensures

• SERVSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30-days
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.

Computer/Technology Knowledge

• Ability to learn and navigate Microsoft office programs including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to operate food service‑related information systems.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system
• Ability to utilize HR and Payroll system.

General Requirements

• Ability to understand financial data including P&Ls, KPIs, and related financial data pieces and make good decisions using that data
• Ability to translate financial data to applicable audiences
• Ability to pass background check and drug testing
