What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification
- 2–3 years of long-term care experience preferred
- Previous kitchen management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Food Service Education Background preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic computer proficiency
